Common symptoms of EIS/EZS failure

  • The engine won’t crank or start when you turn the key.

  • There’s a delay or no response when you try to start the vehicle.

• Key Difficulties

  • The key sometimes won’t turn in the ignition.

  • It’s harder than usual to insert or remove the key.

• Electronic or Security Warnings

  • The vehicle doesn’t always recognize the key.

  • Warning lights for the ignition or security system appear on the dashboard.

  • Remote entry or other electronic features work inconsistently.
    

Existing EIS/EZS and a working key must be sent in at the same time!

       I will test both the key and the EIS/EZS for function, and repair any damaged components, as well as common failure points (on EIS/EZS). If the unit can not be repaired a plug and play option can be offered at an additional fee, or the unit can be returned to sender with a partial refund on the repair service.
